Hope your Holidays were great. Mine was fantastic as you guys finished up the new 30X40 right before Christmas. What a great Christmas present. I told my wife this is my present for the next 15 years. I have to to tell you, being a Facility Director for a school district I have built 3 brand new schools and we are in process of going out to bid on a new 108,00 square foot middle school. We also have done many total renovations and additions in our school district and I have been responsible for the projects. from conceptual design through project close out. To date we have done well over 250 million dollars in projects. I work with the Architects, the construction managers, the General Contractors and the mechanical and Electrical Engineers.. In every phase of the process on my building I could not have been more pleased. from the design, to the quotation process, numerous changes to the specs along with firm fixed pricing, good communications, excellent trades people, and fantastic follow up to the completion along with any punch list items, which there were none. You are producing a high quality product based on honesty hard work and good sound and fair business practices. Not easy to find today. The floor turned out great , the guys did a great job , I did feel bad , they were here until 8:00 pm fri. night, but they said thats how it goes some times. The building and floor look great , I get nothing but compliments when people see it.
