We would just like to express our appreciation for the outstanding job your company did with the Pole Barn we purchased from you. From start to finish, dealing with you was a very positive experience.

When I initially contacted you, I found you polite and easy to talk to. You took your time to answer any questions that we had about Pole Barns and your company. You were quick in returning phone calls and in sending us a very detailed quotation for the job. I was impressed that you sent us not only printed color samples but actual pieces of metal from the buildings so we could see colors; you sent this even before we made a final decision to go with your company.

The actual work on the building was also impressive. Everyone from the driver delivering the materials, to the crew supervisor, crew leader and workers was friendly, respectful, and polite. Each person arrived at the exact time we were to expect them. Their work was at the highest standards. Everything was done to perfection. I have no complaints at all with the workmanship; that is an unusual occurrence when doing a building project in today’s world. The crews were also very neat. All scraps and waste material were put into one pile for easy disposal.

The quality of the materials is also excellent. Friends and relatives who have looked at the building commented on how good the lumber is.

Finally, we are very satisfied because we received all this at such a fair price. One would expect to pay a premium price to receive such quality workmanship and materials. However, your price was comparable to other quotes we received. In fact, your price was actually below many of the other quotes. There were no added fees or charges. The price you quoted us is what we paid in the end.

It is hard to find both quality and a good price when doing a building project. You delivered highly in both of these areas, and for that we thank you.
